Cardiovascular - Diseases

Cardiovascular disease, also known as cardiovascular disease, refers to all diseases that affect vessels such as veins, arteries, the heart and the circulatory system.

Cardiovascular diseases are the number one cause of death in Germany. They occur frequently and can significantly limit our quality and expectation of life. The development of cardiovascular diseases is mostly based on an unhealthy personal lifestyle.

We can prevent it by getting enough exercise every day, eating a diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, and fiber, and by absolutely limiting or completely stopping the consumption of cigarettes and alcohol.
